On Monday, September 12, St. Maarten’s Acting Minister Plenipotentiary in The Hague Richard Panneflek signed the condolence register at the British embassy in The Hague. “On behalf of the government and people of St. Maarten, I offer our deepest condolences on the passing of Queen Elizabeth II. The Queen will be remembered for her grace and dedication, dutifully serving the British people during her reign. Our thoughts are with her family and the people of the United Kingdom during this difficult time,” stated Panneflek.
