WIB branches are decorated with ceiling danglers displaying “Swipe 39 campaign”. Purchases made of $ 39 or more on WIB merchant terminals during the period of February 1st to February 24, 2019, have a chance to win one of 4 VIP passes we are raffling. Card sale receipts can be dropped off in campaign marked boxes at WIB branches. On February 26, 2019, two lucky persons (per couple) will have a chance to win a night concert with the Jacksons.
