Progress on restructuring ENNIA.

Verdict in summary proceedings also in favor of ENNIA

WILLEMSTAD/PHILIPSBURG – On January 10, 2019, the summary proceedings that the shareholder of ENNIA, Parman International B.V. ("Parman") had filed against the Centrale Bank van Curaçao en Sint Maarten ("CBCS"), took place. With this procedure, Parman tried to undo the emergency ruling, previously issued by the Court on ENNIA.

The court rendered its verdict on January 31, 2019, and dismissed all claims of Parman. The CBCS will continue with the restructuring of ENNIA in the benefit of all policyholders.
