PHILIPSBURG:--- The Court of Appeal sentenced H.H.M. (24) to 22 years imprisonment and 25 years imprisonment for H.F.M. (27), for the liquidation of Franky Brunache in Hope Estate on January 24th, 2017.
In the Court of First Instance, they were both sentenced to 25 years imprisonment.
The liquidation was carried out during an ongoing trial period of H.F.M. H.F.M. was on probation for another offense and for that reason the Court imposed 25 years. Also, as requested by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Court ordered the execution of this suspended sentence of
1-year imprisonment.
