PHILIPSBURG:--- The owner of Robertico dos Santos (Robbie) Lotterie Robbie Dos Santos was arrested early this morning on St. Maarten as a suspect in the MAXIMUS case. The MAXIMUS case has to do with the assassination of Helmin Wiels some years ago.
Earlier this year, the brother of Dos Santos, Minister of Finance in Curacao George Jamaloodin was convicted to year’s imprisonment for the part he played in the assassination of Helmin Wiels.
