TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK\r\nNWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL200 PM EDT SAT SEP 3 2016\r\n\r\nFor the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:\r\n\r\nThe National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Post-Tropical\r\nCyclone Hermine, located just off the coast of the North Carolina\r\nOuter Banks.\r\n\r\n1. A tropical wave located about 450 miles east of the Lesser Antilles\r\ncontinues to produce a large area of disorganized showers and\r\nthunderstorms. Environmental conditions are only marginally\r\nconducive, and any development of this system should be slow to\r\noccur while it moves westward at 15 to 20 mph.
