SYNOPSIS:
Lingering moisture and instability associated with a recent tropical wave will cause cloudy periods, isolated showers, and possible isolated thunderstorms. Some of these showers may be heavy at times, caution is advised in flood-prone areas. Meanwhile, varying concentrations of Saharan dust will occur across the local region. Persons with respiratory illnesses/allergies should take precautions.
Rough seas, up to 8 feet are expected today. Small craft-operators and swimmers are advised to exercise caution.
