A weak Atlantic high-pressure system will maintain light winds across the region. Additionally, a combination of the light winds, daytime heating and available moisture could trigger localized showers.
Marine conditions will remain slight during the next few days.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
A well-defined low pressure system is located over the far eastern tropical Atlantic. Associated showers and thunderstorm activity is beginning to show some signs of organization, and environmental conditions are favourable for additional development of this system. A tropical depression is likely to form during the next day or so while the low moves westward to west-northwestward.
The Meteorological Department will continue to monitor this system and update the public accordingly.
