GUYANA--Motorworld Group, regional distributor for GAC, has launched GAC in Guyana through authorised dealer HSM Motors, introducing a new lineup of advanced GAC and AION electric vehicles to the market.
The launch marks another important milestone in Motorworld’s continued expansion of GAC across the Caribbean. Guyana is the 23rd Caribbean market opened over the past two years, and the launch gives Guyanese consumers access to vehicles recognised internationally for quality, technology, safety and innovation, according to a press release.
GAC has built decades of automotive manufacturing and engineering expertise through joint ventures with globally recognised manufacturers including Honda, Toyota and Hino. This experience, combined with GAC’s extensive research and development capabilities, has helped establish the brand as one of China’s leading automotive manufacturers.
GAC customers in Guyana will benefit from an eight-year/160,000-kilometre (km) vehicle warranty, while GAC’s electric vehicles receive 200,000-km battery warranty.
