The neighbourhoods surrounding Zorg en Rust Road were disrupted by what sounded like fireworks close to 10:00pm Tuesday. The sounds were actually gunshots between unidentified men from the neighbourhood. Police arrived on the scene and encountered several witnesses who told them that a group of men had started to fight with another man and somehow shots had been exchanged between the parties involved. The reason behind the shooting is unclear, but police request persons who might have seen anything to come forward and let them know what transpired. Fortunately, no one was hurt during the shooting exchange. The men fled from the scene after the shootout took place.
