PHILIPSBURG:--- UNICEF Netherlands and the Augeo Foundation have agreed to work together to improve the reporting and handling of child abuse cases within the child protection system on Sint Maarten.
Yesterday, the organizations’ directors, Suzanne Laszlo, and Mariëlle Dekker, signed a partnership agreement.
This week on Sint Maarten key stakeholders are discussing the current situation on handling child abuse cases and agreed on the specific actions to be taken in the coming months.
