PHILIPSBURG:--- The police dispatched center received a call about a fight/Ill-treatment and destruction of property that was taking place on the welfare road, in the area of the Tropicana casino with two men.
The police officers rushed to the scene and encountered a man who had been ill-treated with a broken bottle. According to the information gathered, two men of Latin descent fought over a lady friend who both of them were dating.
