AMSTERDAM/ PHILIPSBURG:--- The immediate reason for setting up the TBO was concern about the undermining problem on Sint Maarten in 2015. Following a motion by members of the House of Representatives Ronald van Raak (SP) and André Bosman (VVD), 22 million euros were released for the start of the TBO on 1 January 2016.
