PHILIPSBURG:--- The police were kept busy over the weekend with different arrests. Over the long weekend, the notorious A.R was again arrested on October 11th, 2019 in Cole bay for breaking into a garage a few days earlier. He was brought over to the police station and incarcerated pending further investigation.
