PHILIPSBURG:--- The Sister Basilia Center (SBC) of the White & Yellow Cross Care Foundation (WYCCF) is organizing several events in honor of the International week for persons with Disabilities this week. Tonight, there will be a symposium on behaviors and syndromes of persons with disabilities. Tomorrow, the premises of the Sister Basilia Center will be transformed into a Christmas Market, which is open to the general public of Sint Maarten
