MARIGOT:---  During the recent carnival festivities held on the French side of the island, members of the Rotary Club of St. Martin Sunset took to the streets of Marigot to distribute free hand sanitizers in recognition of “Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Month”.
Providing clean water, Sanitation, and Hygiene, and Child Health Care are some of Rotary’s key focus areas and Rotary clubs worldwide display their commitment to improve sanitation and promote good hygiene habits among families and particularly children within their communities. It is estimated that 1,400 children die each day from diseases caused by poor sanitation and
