WILLEMSTAD/PHILIPSBURG:--- On January 10th, 2019, the summary proceedings that the shareholder of ENNIA, Parman International B.V. (\"Parman\") has filed against the Centrale Bank van Curaçao en Sint Maarten (\"CBCS\"), took place. With this interlocutory procedure, Parman tries to undo the emergency ruling, previously issued by the Court on ENNIA. The CBCS has defended and motivated its actions, and also refuted Parman's statement that the emergency regulations would not serve a purpose. The court will render its verdict no later than January 31st, 2019.
