PHILIPSBURG:--- Member of Parliament Rolando Brison faction leader of the United St. Maarten Peoples Party (USP) has submitted his resignation to the party board and leader Member of Parliament Frans Richardson.
In a letter to the USP board and leader Brison states the following:
