PHILIPSBURG:--- The detective department is investigating the man with the initials L.B for ill-treatment that took place on Sunday, September 1st, 2019. The female victim launched an official complain shortly after the incident. On Monday, September 2nd, 2019 during a routine patrol, the suspect was encountered in the area of Cole-Bay. The suspect was detained and was brought over to the police station in Philipsburg. He was later handed over to the detective department for further investigation.
