PHILIPSBURG:--- The shareholder in a meeting with Telem Group of companies appointed Kendall Dupersoy as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Telem confirmed Prime Minister William Marlin at Wednesday’s press briefing. The Prime Minister said Dupersoy is expected to take up his position as of February 1st, 2017. The shareholder also appointed three members to the Supervisory board bringing the number to five. Those appointed last week are:-
• Arnell Brown • Jimmy Challenger • John Richardson
The shareholder still has to appoint two more members to TELEM board Marlin said. He further explained that one of the two members will have some legal background.
