PHILIPSBURG:--- Toastmasters International day is almost here and the Division Directors district 81 teams, along with members of the various local Toastmasters clubs are planning something very exciting for that day. All Toastmasters from both the Dutch and the French side of the island are kindly asked to save the date of October 22, 2019 in order to attend a speech a thon which will take place at the Government Administration Building Conference room 1 at 5:30 pm, followed by a mini celebration.
