PHILIPSBURG:--- “Police Officers are known for keeping stolen vehicles while KPSM management covers up” this statement was made by Franklin Brison a victim whose vehicle was stolen on the night of September 9th, 2019. Brison contacted SMN News after reading an article published on Sunday whereby a stolen vehicle belonging to a car rental was seen parked up in front of the Philipsburg Police Station.
In recounting his ordeal Brison said that he filed a report on Monday, September 10th, 2019 after his Grand I10 with license plate ...
