PHILIPSBURG – NV GEBE has selected Dr. Natasha J. Gittens, Ph.D.,CHE as the keynote speaker for their General Employee Assembly scheduled for today, Wednesday, September 14, 2016, at the Belair Community Center. The session will be held under the title, “The Culture & History of GEBE & Service Excellence” it will be attended by 235 GEBE employees inclusive of leaders & management.
Dr. Gittens is the Director of SCELL, The University of St. Martin’s School of Continuing Education & Life Long Learning. SCELL under the leadership of Gitten’s has developed significant and state- of- the -art customized, ground breaking trainings on the island of St. Maarten. GEBE has and continues to be a strong supporter of SCELL’s programs and has scheduled many successful trainings that have been proven to directly benefit their work teams. Dr. Gittens’ is recognized as a leading expert in customer service excellence programs and has held consultant positions with nationally recognized Hospitality Chains, Universities & Corporations throughout the Caribbean and the United States. She was recently appointed by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) as one of 13 Certified Hospitality Global Trainers in the world.
Dr. Gittens stated that the keynote will focus on the History, Culture and the commitment NV GEBE has to providing service excellence to their customers while simultaneously elevating their employees to high performance levels in their diverse professional roles.
