PHILIPSBURG:--- The Government of Sint Maarten in close consultation with the French side authorities, the curfew will be maintained as present. This means that curfew remains in effect from 7:00 p.m. till 6:00 a.m.
Residents are requested to respect the curfew hours; police will conduct the necessary patrolling. Maintaining the curfew will aid in the cleanup of the island and enhances the public order and safety of businesses and residents. The curfew hours will be evaluated on a continued basis and adjusted in due time once the island returns to ‘normalcy’.
