Change Manager was brought in to strengthen prison management --- Lack of funds preventing Ministry from doing more.

Minister of Justice Edison Kirindongo said two months ago he brought in one person as a change manager to strengthen the management of the prison. He said he knows that more needs to be done but the lack of finances is preventing him from doing more. He said they are about to start another project but that will only deal with the entrance of the prison.
