The Saint-Martin Twirling association organizes, this Sunday 11 OctoberThe second edition of “The Pink Walk – Pink Wig Edition”. A walk placed, in this Pink October, under the banner of raising awareness about breast cancer and supporting those affected by the disease.
Following the success of the 2025 edition, the public is once again invited to lace up their sneakers and get involved. The event is scheduled for 6 hours from the Galisbay parking lot, for a route passing through Morne Valois, Cripple Gate, Rambaud, La Savane and Friar's Baybefore returning to Galisbay. From 5 a.m., Ofara Beauty & Artistry will also offer a Face & Body Arts demonstration. This year's dress code: dress in pink and wear a pink wig, a symbol of support for those affected by breast cancer and of highlighting survivors. Families, athletes, associations, and businesses are called upon to mobilize in large numbers for this worthy cause. The morning will continue with a Breakfast at 7:30 am, then one Zumba session Hosted by Nico at 7:45 am. Allow €15 per personincluding breakfast and a Zumba session. Part of the funds raised will support charities and help patients in need.
