La CAF of Guadeloupe and Saint-Martin invites landlords to submit their 2026 rent declarations electronically. This applies to individual owners, real estate agencies and companies whose tenants receive housing assistance.

Amount you have to pay July rent must be declared directly online on caf.fr, in aLandlord area, accessible from the “Professionals” section. After logging in with their credentials, landlords are guided to enter and validate the requested amount.

In case of difficulty, a local assistance is available at +06 90 90 04 74Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm. You can also contact national support at 09 (choice 69)Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 16:30 p.m. Digital support is also available in the multi-service areas of CAF reception centers as well as in the France Services homesAs a reminder, this declaration allows landlords to update the information needed to calculate housing benefits. Landlords can find detailed instructions in the "Professionals" section, under "News" on the caf.fr website.
