La French Cup resumes its rights in Saint-Martin with four teams involved to try and secure their qualification for the third regional round, which will take place in Guadeloupe on September 13th.

Le FC Concordia, the AS Junior Stars, St. Louis Stars and Woolado will meet at Thelbert Carti stadium in Quartier d'Orléans for a series of decisive matches.

The competition will begin this Saturday August 22 at 18:30 p.m.with a match between St. Louis Stars and AS Junior Stars. The following day, Sunday, August 23 at 17:30 p.m., Woolado will face FC Concordia. The four teams will then meet in a qualifying phase played in single matchesA ranking will be established at the end of the six matches based on the number of points obtained: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, and 0 points for a loss.

The top two teams will qualify for the final territorialscheduled for Saturday, September 5th at 18:30 PM. The winner Saint-Martin will represent themselves in this final match during the third regional round in Guadeloupe.

The stakes are therefore high for the four teams, who will have to demonstrate consistency throughout this phase. Last yearAS Junior Stars represented Saint-Martin in the regional round before being eliminated following an administrative decision. This year, the four contenders hope to continue their journey in the national competition.
