Prime Minister William Marlin and Mrs. Marlin are scheduled to join the President of Dominica and his wife at an event hosted by the The Dominica Foundation Sint Maarten on Friday evening at the Belair Community Center with the theme “ Building Meaningful Partnerships & Fostering relationships Through Culture and Education”
