PHILIPSBURG –  The President of the Commonwealth of Dominica His Excellency Charles A. Savarin and First Lady Clara J. Savarin paid a courtesy visit to Prime Minister The Honorable William Marlin at the new Government Building. The President of Dominica is the first visiting High Ranking Official to meet the Prime Minister at his new office.
