MARIGOT, Saint-Martin-- Saint-Martin will welcome all 31 candidates competing for the Miss France 2027 title as part of their official preparation trip, an initiative expected to provide the destination and neighboring Saint-Barthélemy with significant exposure in France.
The announcement was made during the Saint-Martin Tourism Office’s participation in IFTM Paris 2026.
The visit will be organized in collaboration with the Miss France organization and the Collectivité of Saint-Barthélemy, bringing the two northern islands together for a tourism promotion initiative targeting a broad French audience.
The Saint-Martin Tourism Office said the initiative will provide an opportunity to showcase Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy as complementary destinations, highlighting their landscapes, tourism offerings, expertise and distinct ways of life.
The Tourism Office thanked Xavier Lédée, President of the Collectivité of Saint-Barthélemy, and Territorial Councillor Mélissa Lake for their personal involvement and commitment to the collaboration.
The Tourism Office also recognized the Miss Saint-Martin-Saint-Barthélemy Committee and its ambassador, Naïla Parault, who accompanied the destination during the three-day IFTM event in Paris.
The upcoming visit of the Miss France 2027 candidates forms part of Saint-Martin’s broader efforts to increase destination visibility in France and showcase the island to new audiences through major national platforms.
