GREAT BAY--In a time when many young people are searching for guidance, purpose and motivation, Didi Krishna Kumari is regarded by many as a source of hope, compassion and spiritual wisdom. She is visiting St. Maarten from June 22 to 29 and will host an inspiring public session aimed at encouraging young people to build confidence, strengthen their mindset and pursue a brighter future.

A public event will be held on Thursday, June 25, at Port St. Maarten under the theme “Choose Happiness.” The event begins at 6:30 p.m. and ends at 8:00 p.m., with doors opening at 6:00 p.m. Admission is free and everyone is welcome to attend.

Didi Krishna is a globally admired life coach and motivational speaker. She serves as Head of the Sadhu Vaswani Mission, based in Pune, India, where she oversees 16 educational institutions, eight medical institutions and more than 60 centers focused on philanthropy, self-development and youth initiatives worldwide.

Her journey with the Sadhu Vaswani Mission began at the age of three, when she felt a deep connection to its work. That early connection inspired a lifelong dedication to service. She grew up embracing the values of compassion and oneness, while also earning degrees in Commerce and Business Law.

Didi Krishna was mentored by Sadhu T.L. Vaswani and Rev. Dada J.P. Vaswani, spiritual leaders recognized by the World Parliament of Religions. Today, she travels internationally delivering talks that combine timeless spiritual wisdom with practical tools for modern life.

Her messages focus on mindfulness, emotional resilience, self-growth and living in a way that makes a positive contribution to society. Through her talks and workshops, she has helped thousands of people discover their potential, develop a stronger sense of purpose and become more resilient, focused and positive in everyday life.

Didi Krishna is also known for promoting humanitarian values and service to others, as well as peace movements such as “The Moment of Calm” and “Global Forgiveness Day.”

  • 287,000 patients treated each year at eight medical facilities and 33 rural healthcare centers
  • 218,000 free and concessional eye surgeries provided
  • 33,000 free cardiac surgeries provided
  • 20,000 students served across 16 award-winning schools and colleges
  • 177,000 animals provided with veterinary care
  • 5,000 stray animals fed daily
  • More than 600 disadvantaged women empowered through vocational training

As anticipation builds for this special event, Didi Krishna’s visit is expected to inspire hope, confidence and positive change among the youth of St. Maarten. Her words of wisdom and encouragement may help young people see new possibilities for their future and motivate them to pursue their goals with purpose.
