Surveillance video footage shows a pharmacy cashier handing over money to the robber

MARIGOT--Two pharmacies in Marigot were victims of armed robberies late Thursday afternoon.

The first pharmacy to be robbed was Soualiga Pharmacy at the corner of Rue Kennedy and Rue de la Liberté, Marigot. Video surveillance footage shows an armed individual wearing a crash helmet filling a rucksack with money. The same individual then goes on to rob the pharmacy on Rue de la Liberté.

The Gendarmerie is investigating the two robberies.
