The Police Spokesperson E. Josepha confirmed that the incident occurred just after 11:40 PM on July 30. He said a grey Ford Raptor pickup truck struck the front wall of the Winair office, damaging both the vehicle and the building's exterior. The Police Spokesperson told The Daily Herald that preliminary findings indicate that the driver lost control of the truck while heading from the direction of the Airport. The impact left a visible hole in the structure’s front wall into what appears to be an office and caused damage to the truck’s front end.

Josepha said the driver was no longer at the scene when police arrived. The KPSM Traffic Department is actively investigating the circumstances of the crash.
