CAY HILL--Social and Health Insurances SZV remained St. Maarten Medical Center's (SMMC) largest funding partner in 2025, accounting for 73% of the hospital's patient revenue.

According to SMMC's 2025 Annual Report, referrals from the BES islands generated an additional 10% of patient revenue, supporting the hospital's strategy of strengthening its role as a regional healthcare provider.

The report said SZV continued to be the hospital's primary funding partner, while patient referrals from the BES islands remained an important source of revenue.
