SYNOPSIS:
Increasing moisture from a tropical wave in the vicinity, as well as instability due to a mid- to upper-level trough will provide increasingly cloudy skies, isolated showers, and possible thunder. Some of these showers may be heavy and can lead to localized flooding and/or rockslides along hillsides. Residents and visitors are urged to exercise caution, particularly in low-lying and flood-prone areas.
Gradually deteriorating seas are also expected with seas peaking up to 8 feet through the next few days. Small craft operators and swimmers are advised to be vigilant and exercise caution.
