The state-of-the-art facility is designed to accommodate more high-end travellers, expand capacity, and enhance the premium experience for private jet passengers visiting St. Maarten and connecting to regional destinations, including Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Barth’s, Anguilla, Dominica, Nevis, and Tortola.

PJIAE has reported years of sustained double-digit growth in the number of private jet passengers. Strategic partnerships with ExecuJet and Signature Aviation further cement the airport’s role as a leader in Caribbean private aviation.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PJIAE Michael Cleaver highlighted the terminal’s significance: “With this exclusive terminal for private jet passengers, St. Maarten sets a new standard for private aviation in the region. We are proud to offer an experience that reflects both the elegance of our passengers and the ambition of our island.”

Special recognition was given to Nathalie Lambriex for her exceptional interior design and oversight, ensuring the terminal exudes luxury, modernity, and warmth throughout.

Atlantic Aviation Chief Commercial Officer John Redcay, whose team operates as ExecuJet in St. Maarten, praised the milestone: “We’re honoured to be part of this project. This terminal represents an important step forward for private aviation in the Caribbean, and we look forward to delivering a world-class experience to our customers.”

Signature Aviation Chief Commercial Officer Derek DeCross added: “St. Maarten is a unique Caribbean destination, celebrated for its rich culture, vibrant culinary scene, and scenic beaches. We’re proud to help transform the private travel experience and offer guests an elevated journey at every step.”

The airport also expressed appreciation to all employees, contractors, and attendees who contributed to bringing the project to life, celebrating the terminal’s opening with pride and enthusiasm.
