T-MO’s breakthrough came in 1991 with “Push Out Your Bottom”, which earned him his first Road March title. He followed with “Wale It” in 1992 and went on to win six Road March titles, in 1991, 1992, 1999, 2006, 2007 and 2009. He also won Soca Monarch titles in 2013 and 2014.

As longtime lead singer of Creole Stars, T-MO has performed music that has become part of St. Maarten’s Carnival celebrations. His catalogue also includes “Clorox”, released in 2022. Xtratight Entertainment CEO Bertaux Fleming, known as Mr. Rude, said the concert was intended to recognise T-MO’s contribution while he can experience the appreciation of the public.

“This is more than a concert. This is Xtratight Entertainment honouring one of our musical giants,” Fleming said, adding that T-MO’s contribution to local and international music deserved recognition. Fleming said the event also reflects the company’s commitment to honouring artists who have helped shape the island’s musical identity and influenced future generations. LEGACY is being presented as a celebration of T-MO’s career and his contribution to the island’s cultural life. Hertz and NAPA are listed as partners for the event.

Tickets cost US$40 in advance and US$50 at the door. They are available online through Xtratight Entertainment’s website, xtratight.com.
