MARIGOT--The washed-up body of a man was found on the beach at Baie Nettle, near Sands Restaurant, on Thursday afternoon around 4:00, Capitaine Emmanuel Maignan confirmed.
“Indications were that this man probably drowned and his body had already been in the water four or five days,”Maignan said. “There were no gunshot wounds or any other injuries to the body.”
He added he did not have the information at hand if the deceased was white Caucasian or of Antillean origin.
