St. Maarten News – The timeshare ordinance and the ordinance to establish the Timeshare Authority have been submitted to parliament, President Sarah Wescot-Williams said yesterday. The legislation is now ready for handling in the central committee and in parliament, but Wescot-Williams did not indicate whether this would happen before the summer recess that begins after next week.
