St.maarten – The annual control of school buses is currently underway. The controls began on July 20 and continue up to August 10.
Inspections are being conducted on an appointment basis only. The inspections are taking place on the ring road directly across from the Yellow Building on the W.J.A. Nisbeth Road (Pondfill).
The Inspectorate of the Ministry of Tourism, economic affairs, transport and telecommunication asks all school bus operators to bring along valid proof of motor vehicle inspection and insurance.
