St.maarten – The Special Robbery Unit is presently investigating two armed robberies; one which took place last Friday at approximately 9.15 p.m. at supermarket on Union road. Two unknown and armed men, dressed in dark clothing arrived on the scene on foot. One suspect went into the supermarket while the second suspect stood on guard at the entrance. After robbing the supermarket the suspects walked towards a car in which the driver was sitting. This victim was also robbed of his money. After committing these robberies both suspects fled on foot.
