MARIGOT:--- The Gendarmes were forced to release the Webster brothers shortly after midday on Thursday when a large number of people showed up in La Savanah where they were being held.
Truck Drivers were also at the scene and they blocked off the roads.
The events that are currently unfolding began on Monday when the Websters began protesting the sale of their land.
The main road RN& has been blocked since Monday in the vicinity of GEDIMAT where the protest was taking place.
