PHILIPSBURG:--- Two of victims that were shot on Sunday were arrested in the shooting incident that took place on Sunday at the Westin Resort. The two suspects are Karim Lake identified only as J.A the second suspect is the one that jumped from the second floor of the resort parking lot when he saw shots were being fired. Due to the jump the suspect broke his leg.
The duo have been arrested for their involvement in the shooting and money laundering.
In a bulletin from the Prosecutor’s Office that stated that two arrests have been made in connection with the shooting that took place on Sunday May 30, 2016 at the Westin Hotel. J.A. and K.L. have been arrested for their involvement in the shooting and also money laundering. One of the victims of the shooting has been flown out to the Dominican Republic for medical treatment.
