PHILIPSBURG:--- In connection with the upcoming yearly “August Monday” Celebration which is scheduled to be held on the island of Anguilla on August 7th 2017 the Police/Immigration Department is sending out the following traveling advisory. All residents of Sint Maarten traveling to Anguilla by boat from the Dutch side of the island should have all basic travel documents in order and at hand. All tourists requiring a Visa to enter Sint Maarten and a Visa to travel Anguilla should make sure their Visa, tickets and all other travelling documents are also in order.
This advisory has been sent to avoid travelers from experiencing any inconvenience or unnecessary delays.
