PHILIPSBURG:--- The Windward Islands Bank Ltd. (WIB) sponsored the St. Maarten Foundation for Psychologists and “Orthopedagogen‘s” (SFPO) Non-Violence Resistance Project: Restoring Authority.
WIB is enthusiastic about the non-violence resistance project for St. Maarten and is looking forward to the SFPO foundation finalizing the advanced training, in order to share the tools and techniques to families and the community. This approach will offer parents, teachers, and community leaders, another strategy to add to their toolbox. This will help them to build stronger, healthier relationships with children and youth, while still maintaining their presence and authority as adults. The SFPO board members will continue raising funds and WIB is encouraging other businesses to assist with sponsorship.
