PHILIPSBURG:--- The Philipsburg Jubilee Library’s Black History Month (BHM) 2022, comes to a climax with a panel discussion between some of our young and talented, local authors. The exciting discussion will be moderated by the well-known radio personality at Radio Saint Martin, Miss Charisse Piper. The young and new authors being featured are Jennifer Brooks, Rochelle Ward, Latoya Lake-Richardson, and the new kid on the block Roy Q. Marlin.
These young authors will join PJL in its mission to realize the spreading of the awareness of the importance of reading from different angles.
