TelEm Group carrying out sub-station power upgrades in Dawn Beach area later tonight into Tuesday morning..

Pond Island:--- TelEm Group technicians and contractors will be replacing the main power unit at a company sub-station in the Dawn Beach area this evening (Monday, February 21, 2022) and well into the early hours of Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Residents living in Dawn Beach and surrounding areas can expect interruptions in telecommunications services as a result.

According to TelEm Group’s Power Department, the works will begin at 11:00 pm Monday evening and is scheduled to be completed by 6:00 am the following morning.

All mobile and data services provided by the Dawn Beach sub-station will be affected including, mobile voice and data and fixed voice and data.

TelEm Group apologies to residents of Dawn Beach and surrounding areas for any inconvenience caused by interruptions to their telecommunication services during the maintenance window announced above.
