PHILIPSBURG:---  Social & Health Insurances congratulates staff member ‘Shakiya’ in winning the crown last night during the The Nagico Senior Calypso Finals; the first Calypso Queen in 47 years of Carnival on Sint Maarten. ‘Shakiya’ took part in the competition with the songs “I am talking to you” and “None better than the rest”.
