PHILIPSBURG:--- –The SXM Achievers Toastmasters Club attended a district-sponsored club officer training on Saturday, July 2, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the American University of the Caribbean (A.U.C.) in Cupecoy. The 2016/2017 SXM Achievers executive board is: Club President Ashayna Nisbett, Vice President Education Ravina Claudius, Vice President Membership Ivanca Sterling-Woodley, Vice President Public Relations Sharine Allamby-Duncan, Secretary Elfrinus Maduro, Treasurer Daisiray Tracy Lake and Sergeant at Arms Oritha Christopher-Wilson. The SXM Achievers were delighted to be trained by esteemed Division E Director of District 81, its very own seasoned member Ms. Kathia Magdeleine, amongst others. The purpose of this annual training is to equip club leaders with the necessary tools needed to effectively serve in their specific roles, enhance club quality and success and meet the needs of members and the entire organization.
