PHILIPSBURG:--- C.B.G. (33) appeared in front of a judge of the Court of First Instance on Wednesday. He is suspected of attempted manslaughter against two members of the police Arrest Team. This took place on June 30, 2015 when the police entered his house on Accordian Road in light of a house search. C.B.G. is also suspected of possession of an illegal firearm and illegal drugs possession. The prosecutor asked for a 6 year jail sentence for the suspect.
The case against his partner M.D.G. (34) suspected of illegal firearms possession and illegal drugs possession and who was also in the house during the raid was postponed.
The court will give its verdict in the case against C.B.G. on June 15
